Order and payment
Prices are stated in euros. An online order is confirmed after payment.
A quoted assignment begins after acceptance of the quotation and, where required, payment of the deposit.
Submitted materials
The client confirms that they have the right to provide all videos, data and documents required for the assignment. Late or insufficient materials may affect timeframe or scope.
No guarantee of outcome
DSA guarantees the agreed method, analysis and deliverables, but no contract, transfer, selection, recruitment outcome, victory or sporting result.
Confidentiality
Assignment materials are handled confidentially. Deliverables are intended only for the client and authorised recipients.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. This English translation is provided for information; the French version prevails.
